A New Hub for Joint Innovation by Academia, Industry, and the Community
University of Hyogo has opened the “Shinnagata Branch” on the 5th floor of the Shinnagata Campus Plaza as the Kobe hub of its Social Value Creation Organization. Through supporting entrepreneurship, university startups, and workforce development for local companies, the branch contributes to fostering innovation and energizing the community.
Lifelong Learning Hub Function
The seminar rooms offer a welcoming space for lectures and courses serving groups of 36 to 180 participants.
Industry–Government–Academia–Finance Collaboration Hub Function
As the Kobe-area hub for collaboration between industry, government, academia, and finance, we support joint research with companies, help foster new business initiatives, and provide data-driven management support.
Community Collaboration Hub Function
University research units, university-launched ventures, and partner companies collaborate to help solve issues facing the local community.
